10:00am - 11:30am CST - Webinar

Virtual Training: $25

About this session: With the upheaval of 2020 and our cultural ecology in flux, many nonprofit organizations are considering embarking on a new strategic planning process. But does the traditional model of developing a 3 to 5-year plan still work for nonprofit organizations? Or is that horizon too long for the current pace of change and arising challenges and opportunities?

What if there were another alternative? This session is an invitation to think differently about the traditional strategic planning process. In lieu of the more traditional 3 to 5-year plan model, a strategic framework is a rolling action plan that is ambitious, actionable, and responsive. The strategic framework centers internal stakeholders around your organization’s core purpose, values, and resident knowledge. Learn how building a strategic framework can become one of your organization’s internal core competencies.
