10:00am - 11:30am CST - Webinar

Virtual Training: $25

About this session: Steve Jobs says “It doesn’t make sense to hire smart people and tell them what to do. We hire smart people so they can tell us what to do”. Leading for Impact is an informative session on how to use your most valuable resource, people, to drive business imperatives. The more efficient and higher performing the team, the easier it is to reach your intended outcomes. The foundation for high performing teams starts with you as the leader. Join us this session to learn (and practice!) tools you can use to develop a mutual understanding of high performance with your team; create a culture of critical, ongoing performance feedback; and keep employees engaged. Be prepared to lead, inspire, and transform your team!

Who Should Participate:  leaders of various experience; specifically, those interested in taking their team to the next level
