This session will provide an opportunity for attendees to engage in experiential activities exploring personal bias as well as discussion of scenarios highlighting common types of workplace bias and implications for behaviors, decisions, processes, and practices. Attendees will then learn about hidden messages behind microinequities, ways to respond and the skill to recover the relationship when microinequities occur.
